JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Line Cook to join our small, supportive team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a little experience who's eager to grow in a collaborative kitchen that values scratch cooking, fermentation, and seasonal ingredients. You'll prepare thoughtful dishes, bake (we make a lot of focaccia!), and work closely with the team to create food that's both delicious and rooted in purpose. We prioritize care, creativity, and making the most of what's in seasonwithout compromising on quality.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, efficiency, and love
Bake breads like our signature focaccia (training provided!)
Use seasonal produce creativelyminimizing waste, maximizing flavor
Participate in fermentation-forward food prep (you'll learn a lot here)
Keep your station clean, organized, and up to health code standards
Communicate with a small team to ensure smooth, respectful service
What We're Looking For:
1+ years kitchen experience (but we'll train the right person)
A love of scratch cooking, fermentation, and seasonal food
Eagerness to grow in your craft and learn new techniques
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to work weekends
Respectful communication and a team-first mindset
What We Offer:
$18/hour to start; with a raise to $20/hr after 90 days based on performance
Paid breaks
Paid time off and sick leave after 90 days
