**Start Date:** 2025--2026 School Year

**Details:**

- **Hours:** 4 hours per day, Monday -- Friday (9:15 AM -- 1:15 PM or as assigned)

Work required on student attendance days only.

- **Compensation:**

- **Union Transfer:** Per Master Contract

- **New Hire:** $15.85 per hour

- **Benefits:** Eligible for **Category 3** benefits

- **Status:** This is **not** a new position

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare food as directed.

- Perform kitchen-related tasks, including preparation and cleanup.

- Maintain production records, food deposits, and related documentation.

- Follow directives from the Food Service Director and/or Superintendent.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma and minimum 10th-grade reading level.

Must be SafeServ Certified or able to obtain certification within 90 days.

Experience preparing and serving food to large groups.

Knowledgeable of volume cooking operations.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Able to maintain composure and professionalism when interacting with students, staff, and families.
