Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this key role, you will support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and the execution of high-quality, flavorful meals. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food production, quality control, and cost management

• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing creative and nutritious menus

• Execute and support catering events, ensuring excellence in presentation and service

• Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company standards

• Help implement new culinary programs in coordination with the marketing and culinary innovation teams

• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and control food and labor costs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience

• Progressive experience in culinary/kitchen management, preferably in a high-volume or institutional setting

• Strong knowledge of food trends, batch cooking, production, sanitation, and food cost control

• Hands-on experience with catering operations and event execution

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and kitchen management software

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• ServSafe Certification preferred

• A passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction
