Job Details Eunoia is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our opening team!Eunoia is a new restaurant opening soon in the heart of NoMa, Washington, D.C., led by Executive Chef Josa Maldonado. Rooted in thoughtful creativity, seasonality, and hospitality with intention, Eunoia is a reflection of years spent working in some of the worlds most acclaimed kitchens, including the Michelin-starred The French Laundry, Pujol (Mexico City), and Jatak (Copenhagen).
This is a rare opportunity to join a restaurant from day one, helping shape a kitchen culture built on purpose, precision, and genuine care for the craft. We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about cooking at the highest level, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to grow with a dynamic and focused team.
Job RequirementsStrong foundation in classical cooking techniques
Passion for working with seasonal ingredients and refined flavors
Ability to prepare and execute complete mise en place for your station
Confidence in running a station cleanly, efficiently, and consistently
Clear, professional communication with teammates and leadership
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
