Thai Specialty Cook

- Create food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetics;

- Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and likely number of customers;

- Produce authentic Thai sauces for stir fry dishes and Thai pastes for curry dishes;

- Produce foods using the company's signature recipes, as well as according to specialty requests;

- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and

- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;

- Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices; and

- Verify stock levels and order supplies.

**Requirement:** 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
