Baker assistant/ cashier

Bakery Help Wanted Kitchen & Front Counter Positions
Hours: Tuesday Saturday, 6:30am3:30pm
Positions: Part-Time or Full-Time (, Fridays & Saturdays Preferred)

Were looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our small but busy bakery team! Two roles are currently open:

1. Back-of-House Bakery Assistant
Tasks include:

Preparing recipes from scratch

Daily pastry and cake prep

Icing and decorating cakes

Light cleaning duties

Ideal candidate:

Experienced with bakery or kitchen work

Proficient in measuring and following recipes accurately

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Detail-focused and dependable
Training provided, but experience is preferred.

2. Front-of-House Assistant
Tasks include:

Morning setup and stocking

Taking customer orders (in person and by phone)

Maintaining a clean and organized front display

Ideal candidate:

Friendly and organized

Comfortable working under pressure during rushes

Spanish-speaking is a big plus (about 40% of our customers speak Spanish)

Basic understanding of pastries and cakes is helpful
