Rocket Farm Restaurants is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to lead and manage on- and off-premises catering strategies across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of catering experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in catering software and Microsoft applications. You must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
