Pastry Cook

Blue Bridge Hospitality is looking for passionate, driven pastry cooks to support our pastry department. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop their skills as we do everything from scratch from pastries, croissants, ice creams, plated desserts for restaurants include Little Frenchie & Stake Chophouse and Bar. Preparation of all items are made at our commissary kitchen offsite at 1701 National ave, San Diego.

Good verbal communication skills needed
Ability to start early morning 6am
Candidate needs to have good reliable transportation
2 to 3 years of previous experience in fine dining or high level production preferred
Culinary degree is preferred but not nessasary
Candidate should be able to perform basic pastry and baking skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
