By providing outstandingservice, a smile, and appetizing food, our Grill Cooks create amemorable dining experience for our guests. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: Responsibilities: Cook, grill and serve menuofferings within a designated station. Utilize a stove top, flat top,open flame grill and other necessary kitchen equipment. Carries pans,kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, andrefrigerator in accordance with established safety standards. Prepareand serve food and any goods per guest specifications. Stores foods indesignated areas following standard wrapping, dating, food safety, androtation procedures. Retains temperature logs and production records inan efficient manner. Keep supplies replenished, coolers restocked, andtakes inventory as directed. Set-up and breakdown stations, clean andsanitize equipment, utensils, dishes for designated workstation. Adhereto all state and local food production, safety, and sanitationregulations. Remain focused on customer satisfaction through providingexcellent service to all guests, clients, and team members. Listen welland communicate in a professional and friendly manner. Be efficient andorganized. May operate POS to complete orders, and package \"to go\"items. May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.Qualifications: No experience required. We will train motivated to learnapplicants Basic knife skills a plus.
