Seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our kitchen team as a cook.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our kitchen team as a Cook. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in creating positive culinary experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our kitchen and front of house staff to prepare delicious and creative food options thatplement our handcrafted beers. If you have a passion for both cooking and craft beer, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and join our growing Loowit family.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including appetizers, main courses, and Sides, following our recipes and guidelines

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations

Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation

Ad to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and addressing their culinary needs

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting

Excellent attention to detail andanizational skills

Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

Creativity and ability to develop new and exciting menu items

Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn about beer and food pairings

Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends a must.
