Night/Morning Baker

$25-$27/hr and up
Busy SE Bakery looking for an addition to our team.

The night baker is responsible for finishing off mountains of beautiful morning pastry; proofing, brushing, baking, rolling, scooping, decorating, cutting... and more.

Baking/cooking experience required. Must be ready to work those wee hours, this is an overnight baking shift. Hours are 10:30pm to about 6 am. 3-4 shifts per week. Experience working night shifts is a big plus.

Must-haves:

Reliable transportation (bike, car, bus, feet, Max, horse, etc)
A perfect alarm clock(100% reliability/punctuality required)
Passion for baking and attention to detail
Stamina
Great work ethic, attitude and sense of humor
Efficiency, organizational and time management skills
The ability to work clean and organized
High standards for quality and consistency
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, and spend a long shift on your feet

The average hourly total will be $25-$27 and up including tips. We offer an increase after 1 year of employment in addition to annual cost of living increases for all employees.
