A successful Production Baker will:

  • Manage the production and baking of pie-shells, pie tops, e-clairs, breads and more. You must be able to meet exacting standards. Enjoy an environment of learning and excellence in daily baking operations. The production baker will bring smiles to the faces of our customers through Kneaders recipes and products.

  • This work includes daily physical activity as you work quickly and lift up to 50 lb bags in the kitchen. Successful candidates will thrive on a high-volume production environment where a high sense of urgency goes hand in hand with our culture.

  • Kneaders is eager to fill this Production Baker position. The qualified candidate will possess the desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and fun environment.

  • Must be able to lift heavy items (50+lbs above waist)
  • Must be able to work quickly and carefully
  • This person will report to and communicate regularly with the Executive Corporate Baker.

Communication: Professional verbal communication is required.

Time-Management: Deadlines are crucial in this role. Assists with daily operational needs, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

Required Education & Experience:

High School Diploma

Culinary Education preferred, but not required
