Job Description
Tedesco Country Club , located in Marblehead MA, is seeking an experienced saute cook to join our culinary team. We are looking for an individual that is motivated, eager to learn and is passionate about all aspects of the culinary industry. Successful candidates will work alongside a BOH team that is dedicated to the craft and is passionate about learning as well as teaching techniques and standard operations within the kitchen standards. No late nights, compared to standard restaurant operations.
Job Duties:
- Setting up and maintaining station cleanliness throughout the shift
- Food preparation
- Maintain proper rotation of prepared food as well freshness
- Following provided recipes for our menu as written
- End of shift inventory of all proteins, and prepared foods
- Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor with coworkers
- Reports to the Sous Chef, or Executive Chef
- Proper station cleaning and storing prepped foods
- Working as a team to finish breaking down the kitchen at the end of the shift
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working on the hot line
- Teamwork and a Great attitude
- Flexible availability Weekends and Holidays as needed
- Ability to work clean, and organized, and to standards
- Experience with high volume kitchens preferred
- Creative input to help elevate the dining experience for our members
Pay: $20.00 $23.00 per hour based on experience
Expected hours: 40 45 per week
