Job Overview:

Responsible for making all guests feel welcome by providing excellent guest service and a comfortable environment in which uncompromising levels of cleanliness are maintained.

Skills:

  • Ability to follow recipes.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Ability to focus attention on details.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule according to the needs of the position and the demands of the business.
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movement in performance of job duties.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Preparation and production of all breads on a daily basis to include, but not limited to:
    • Sourdough
    • Challah
    • Dinner Rolls
    • Pretzel Rolls
    • Brioche
    • Breakfast Breads
    • Quick Breads
  • Basic pastry skills
  • Ensure the pastry area is clean and all pastry items have been properly stored at end of shift.
  • Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with our Dress Code Standards for uniformed associates.
  • Assists other associates with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
  • Fosters and promotes a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
  • Performs all job functions, special projects and tasks assigned.
