Part time Cook

The employer is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic part-time Cook. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality meals to golfers and guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and has the potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet expectations.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.

- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and rotating food supplies.

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.

- Work collaboratively with golf course staff to provide excellent customer service.

- Assist in planning and preparing meals for special events or tournaments.

- Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
