Pizza Cook/Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza/Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in meal preparation and culinary techniques. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. you will also be responsible for working saute, pasta station, or making sandwiches. Your expertise in menu planning and food handling will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

-Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
-Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with health regulations.
-Assist in menu planning, including the development of new pizza recipes and seasonal offerings.
-Work saute station, pasta and sandwiches
-Make homemade sandwiches
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
-Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and knives.
-Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
-Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management for restocking.

Experience

Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
Familiarity with pizza-making techniques and knowledge of various toppings and flavor combinations.
Strong knife skills and experience with food handling practices are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly valued.
