As a Grill Cook with our culinary team at Maryville University in Saint Louis, MO , you will be a fundamental piece of the dining experience through your creative, hands-on approach to preparing and serving a variety of high-quality meals according to the Fresh Ideas standard for sustainability. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the team to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and development of your talent and skills.
This position will be days, nights and weekends. This position is Full Time and the hours will range from 6am to 8pm.
Primary Responsibility:
- Follow recipes and procedures provided by Chef and/or Director
- Prepare and serve all food according to quality and appearance standards
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food preparation within the work environment
