What Youll Do:
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and mentor the kitchen team during high-volume service
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our Tex-Mex standards
Manage prep schedules, inventory, and food safety protocols
Bring creativity and efficiency to a fast-paced environment
Step into team member roles when necessary
What Were Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, Tex-Mex or Latin cuisine a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
High standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Passion for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and teamwork
