We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our leadership team and help shape an exceptional culinary journey for our guests.

The Role: As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to execute a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu that combines tradition with innovation. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and detail-oriented kitchen, with a deep respect for Mediterranean culinary heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep, service, and team coordination

  • Lead and inspire a brigade of chefs, cooks, and support staff with a focus on quality and consistency

  • Assist in menu development, including testing, plating, and presentation

  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships in conjunction with the Executive Chef

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring professional development and retention

  • Uphold the restaurants fine dining standards through attention to detail and passion for excellence

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen leadership role

  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cooking mezze or small-plate experience is a major plus

  • Proven ability to lead a team in a high-pressure, high-performance kitchen

  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory management

  • Commitment to creativity, precision, and culinary excellence

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
