### **Job Summary:**We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Part-Time** **Prep Cook/Baker** to join our kitchen team. This role involves assisting with food preparation, baking breads and pastries, and ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have experience in both baking and general kitchen prep, along with a passion for high-quality food.**Key Responsibilities:**Prepare and measure ingredients for recipes.Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to standardized recipes.Assist with daily kitchen prep work, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and organizing stations.Maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times.Label, store, and rotate food items properly.Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.Support chefs and other kitchen staff as needed.**Requirements:**Previous experience as a prep cook and/or baker preferred.Basic understanding of baking techniques and kitchen equipment.Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Flexible schedule and ability to work early mornings**What We Offer:**Competitive payOpportunities for growth and advancementEmployee meals
