You are expected to adhere to the companys mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the companys management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Manages the bake shop and makes sure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently as well as the scheduling and productivity of the employees. Ensures their work area is kept in a neat, clean and orderly condition according to federal health policies and standards.

The Chef de Partie responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for all baking and pastry operations includes planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work, training personnel, and recommending applicants for employment or for discipline, termination or retention.
+ Liaises with Location chefs of other properties for daily requirements.
+ Produce and maintain all standard recipes and use records for restaurant service staff and kitchen personnel
