What you will do:
1. Execute and oversee daily kitchen operations. ensuring top-tier quality and presentation
2. work alongside to refine menu items, including seasonal features.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organization
4. lead by example
5. Manage prep pars and coordinate with the Chef, while coordinating efficient service during peak hours.

What we are looking for:
1. proven experience as a line cook in a high paced environment restaurant/bar
2. strong knowledge of food preparation, plating, and flavor combinations.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
4. Leadership skills and a passion for collaboration Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00)
