Falcon Trails in Hadley, NY is seeking a Line Cook/Pizza person to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for creating delicious dishes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Expectations:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including pasta, seafood,  and more
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
• Manage food costs and portion control
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning
• Adhere to special dietary needs and restrictions
• Utilize knife skills and cooking techniques such as sautéing, broiling, and sauce making
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Salary:

• Minimum: $15.00 per hour
• Maximum: $22.00 per hour
