Job Summary: This position is for the kitchen/deli staff. Ideal candidate should have some kitchen experience and be able to work under busy conditions. This kitchen makes a variety of hot and cold sandwiches along with burgers and various daily specials (i.e. Taco Tuesday), as well as quick-cooked hot case items (chicken tenders, finger steaks, corndogs, etc). The deli shift is 9am-3pm, and we currently serve a dinner service on Wednesday evenings. Our goal is to also provide a morning breakfast service, so line cook experience is a plus. Must have good customer service skills as well as this position requires employee to both take the order and prepare the meal. Daily cleaning of the kitchen and equipment as well as inventory management is also required.
