What You’ll Do

• Design and execute a daily menu of hot and cold prepared foods—roasted meats, artisan salads, seasonal vegetables, signature sauces, and more.

• Prep from scratch: butcher, roast, braise, sauté, and compose dishes that hold beautifully in a grab-and-go setting.

• Champion quality control, ensuring consistent flavor, portioning, and presentation for every item in the case.

• Manage production schedules to stay ahead of peak periods while minimizing waste.

• Maintain an immaculate, food-safe workspace in compliance with all ServSafe and health regulations.

• Collaborate closely with front-of-house and catering teams to fulfill special orders and tasting events.

What We’re Looking For

• Culinary background in scratch cooking, banquet, or large-batch production (professional schooling a plus, but we’ll train the right talent).

• Calm, organized demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen—able to juggle multiple stations while meeting strict timelines.

• Eye for detail—from precise knife work to balanced seasoning and beautiful plating.

• Team-first attitude with strong communication skills; you thrive on mentoring others and receiving feedback.
