Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sophisticated, seasonal, and innovative menus that align with the restaurants vision.

  • Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to fine dining standards.

  • Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and taste.

  • Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and teamwork.

  • Source and select the finest ingredients, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and local availability.

  • Control food costs through effective inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction.

  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, integrating them where appropriate.

  • Engage with guests when needed, providing a personalized, memorable dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.

  • A culinary degree or formal training from a recognized institution is preferred.

  • Mastery of a wide range of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

  • Exceptional creativity with strong attention to detail and plating aesthetics.
