I didn't know I would automatically be billed monthly. How do I get a refund?

iHire's solutions are subscription-based, so we charge a recurring fee  this is not unlike the way many popular streaming video services, gym memberships, and even other job boards bill their customers. We communicate this payment model twice in the purchase flow and in your order receipt.
