How do I cancel my account?

Did you know that we offer flexible downgrade/upgrade options for Job Slot subscribers? When you sign into your account, select "Account" on the left-hand menu, then click "Subscriptions." Click "Change Plan" next to your Job Slots subscription and you will be able to update your plan. You may also cancel your subscription or keep you current subscriptions within the same flow.

To cancel any other iHire subscription, please contact our Customer Success team at 866-238-0161 or customersuccess@ihire.com. Note that by canceling your subsciption, you will also lose acces to all your candidates.
