I did not know I would automatically be billed monthly after my $1 trial. Can I receive a refund?

When you take the $1 trial, there is a 7-day window in which you can cancel your Premium membership before your account is billed for the subscription service. Please reach out to our Customer Success team at 866-238-0161 or customersuccess@ihire.com and they can further assist you.
