Required Training/ Experience/ Education for all positions:
High school diploma or equivalent (helpful but not required)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Valid Food Handler Certificate (per local/state regulations)
Physically capable of standing/walking for 9 hours
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Good physical condition and reasonable hearing for safety
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
Job Responsibilities and Duties for Wing Wranglers and Heat Handlers
Outlined, but not limited to:
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful service
Follow all steps of service and procedures
Take and accurately enter orders into the POS system
Operate, clean, and maintain the shake machine
Process cash, credit card, and other payments efficiently
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked
Follow all company policies and procedures
Handle fast-paced environments and adapt to changes
Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism
Completes all tasks as directed by management, including: cleanliness, stocking, prep, cooking,
sanitation, guest service, and adherence to standards
Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas
Assists with full kitchen cleaning as needed
Operates and maintains all machines safely and correctly, including setup and breakdown
(kitchen equipment, dish machine, milk shake machine)

Supervise and coordinate team activities during the shift
Assign tasks and ensure smooth workflow
Motivate and support team members
Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts
Operational Management
Ensure efficient operations throughout the shift
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Handle cash management and end-of-shift reconciliations
Open and close the store as required
Customer Service
Provide excellent guest service
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Foster a welcoming and positive environment

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $21.00)
