Position Overview:
Were looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. Youll be responsible for prepping ingredients, executing dishes to spec, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and working efficiently during high-volume service.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the chefs specifications
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with kitchen and front-of-house team
- Assist with prep and mise en place for upcoming shifts
- Work efficiently during service while maintaining quality and consistency
What Were Looking For:
- 1+ year of kitchen experience (restaurant, catering, or similar) preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines with consistency
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Team player with a good attitude no ego, just passion for food
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
