Position Overview:

Were looking for a Dependable cook who knows how to do a lot with a little. This is not your typical kitchenwere all-electric, tight on space, and high on flavor. Youll be prepping and executing a curated menu of small plates and bar snacks designed to complement the cocktail experience.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and execute a rotating menu of flavorful small bites and tapas using electric kitchen equipment (fryer, induction, convection, etc.)
* Follow food safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workstation
* Manage prep, stock, and portion control to minimize waste and maximize quality
* Work with the bar team to time food with drink orders during service
* Open and close the kitchen including setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning
* Maintain DOH standards and stay inspection-ready at all times

Qualifications:

* 12 years kitchen experience, ideally in a bar, cafe, or small plate setting
* Comfortable working solo in a limited-space, electric-only kitchen
* Ability to work fast without compromising presentation
* Food Handlers License preferred or willing to obtain
* Available evenings and weekends
