Position: Line Prep Staff

Location: JoJo's Homestyle Kitchen LLC

Compensation: $17 per hour for the first 90 days, increased to $18 per hour upon successfulpletion of probationary period

About Us:

JoJo's Homestyle Kitchen LLC is a limited-service takeout restaurantmitted to delivering delicious, homestyle meals with fast, friendly service. We re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Line Prep Staff member to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and food items according to order requirements and restaurant standards.

Ensure food preparation areas are clean,anized, and properly stocked.

Follow all health and safety standards, including sanitation and food safety protocols.

Assist with any additional prep work needed during peak hours.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and timely food preparation.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in food preparation, ideally in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Must possess a current Multnomah County Food Handlers Permit.

Punctuality and reliability are a must we depend on our team to be on time and ready to work.

Ability to follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
