Job Details Major Food Group is looking for talented PM Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Sadelle's located in beautiful Highland Park Village! Sadelles is a modern ode to New Yorks classic tradition of all-day dining. Since opening its first location in the heart of SoHo in 2016, the brand has reached iconic status thanks to its urbane, celebratory atmosphere and a menu of hits, including the best bagels in America.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and maintain Garde Manger, fish bar and cold app station
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in high volume restaurants preferred but not required
- Experience working with seafood and cold prepared foods strongly preferred
- Lunch and Dinner shift availability
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills a must
