Well-established bakery in Laguna Hills is seeking a pastry baker for its Laguna Hills and downown San Clemente locations, preferably with 1-3 years experience in commercial baking. Qualified individual is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work. Duties include: mixing, laminating dough, shaping and baking of French croissants, cookies, muffins and other breakfast pastries. They should be familiar with commercial oven, spiral mixer and dough sheeter. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is a must. Pay rate depends on experience and performance.
