Currently, we are looking for one full-time cook & one part-time cook within our dietary department.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- At least 5 years experience
- "ServSafe" certification required by State of RI Office of Food Protection.
- Pass the National Criminal Background Check with no disqualifying information
- Kosher experience a plus
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently prepares high quality food items
- Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Ensures all food handling, sanitation and customer service standards are met
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
- Cleans work station thoroughly before leaving the area
- Reports to the Executive Chef
