Job Description

Currently, we are looking for one full-time cook & one part-time cook within our dietary department.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • At least 5 years experience
  • "ServSafe" certification required by State of RI Office of Food Protection.
  • Pass the National Criminal Background Check with no disqualifying information
  • Kosher experience a plus

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently prepares high quality food items
  • Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
  • Ensures all food handling, sanitation and customer service standards are met
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
  • Cleans work station thoroughly before leaving the area
  • Reports to the Executive Chef
