Year-round restaurant in beautiful Nantucket is seeking a CHEF, SOUS CHEF or EXPERIENCED LINE COOK to help run our overall kitchen operation..
We are open year-round serving American-style cuisine for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner so we always have PLENTY OF HOURS available at COMPETITIVE PAY..
The ideal candidate would be able to help with menu, recipes, staff development, food purchasing & cost control, inventory & waste management, maintaining quality standards and proper equipment operation/maintenance. We would like someone with a focus on client and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in these areas is preferred.
This is a hands-on cooking position as well, so the ideal application should be able to function well on a flexible schedule in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Housing is available with this position as well.
