Job Description

Minimum 7 years as an Executive Chef, including the following:  scheduling, ordering, inventory analysis, Developing new recipes, planning menus, as well as supervise, train and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.  Must have the highest regard of plate presentation, maintaining an inventory of food supplies, following a food budget, completing purchase orders and reporting to the head restaurateur with ease.
