Job Description

Leonidas Chocolate Cafe in Evanston, IL is searching for a Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate has attention to detail and produce an appealing and appetizing French influenced products (tarts, macaroons, biscotti & cookies, cakes).

The Pastry Chef responsible for pastry developmennt and production for all three Leonidas Chocolate Cafes. The Pastry Chef controls food costs, quality, and quantity. He / she will Maintain Productivity Within budgeted guidelines, develop new desserts & products as needed. He / she is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, and work areas while minimizing waste and output.
