Excellent opportunity for a creative Sous Chef with great leadership skills to join a fine-dining restaurant on Mackinac Island. Ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience as an Sous Chef or Sr. Line Cook in a high-volume, all-scratch kitchen.  

Will oversee day to day Culinary operations for all aspects of the kitchen.  This includes a 300 seat indoor and outdoor fine dining restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily and 100 person employee dining room. Must be highly skilled in all-scratch cooking, managing a very busy kitchen, and leading a team of seasonal staff to produce top-notch food.

Seasonal Position Starts May 2019 - End of October 2019
