Excellent opportunity for a creative Executive Chef with great leadership skills to join a fine-dining restaurant on Mackinac Island. Ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, all-scratch kitchen.  Great oportunity to get out of the corporate enviroment and be able to work with the highest quality products available.

Will oversee all day to day Culinary operations.  Responsibilities include leading culinary staff, creating new menu items, training and scheduling seasonal staff members. Must be highly skilled in all-scratch cooking, managing a very busy kitchen, and leading a team of culinarians to produce top-notch food.

Position Starts April 2019
