Job Description

We are a from scratch kitchen environment: farm to the table, with a raw bar serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Now we are reviewing applications for candidates with positive energy, who are enthusiastic and passionate about the food industry and want be a part of our growing restaurant group. Sous Chef:

We are seeking a stable, well-rounded Sous Chef who has experience working in high volume restaurants and overseeing a fairly large kitchen team.  We offer competitive pay and premium health insurance.

 

Sous Chef Position Requirements:

  • Assist Chef in all aspect of running a successful kitchen
  • Continue development of culinary skills and menu development
  • Fully grasp budget requirements, run kitchen within allotted funds
  • Understand and run all aspects of the kitchen
  • Work with the chef to develop new themes and ideas
  • Successful completion of Chef de Cuisine Development
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have a great attitude, be a team player, and have the ability to communicate with coworkers & customers
  • Able to lift 50 pounds

Ideal Candidates Provide:

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Experience in multiple cuisines
  • Is excited about their career and wants to grow with us
  • Speaks multiple languages
