Our small casual lunch dining and catering establishment is looking for an EXPERIENCED CHEF & FUTURE OWNER. We want a motivated professional that wants to exercise their love for cooking, while utilizing their management skills. Preparing high quality food from scratch and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We all work as a team, where ever the need may be at any given time.
We are looking for an individual willing to relocate to a small town in South Arkansas, that would like to help us build upon our already established lunch and catering business, and has the desire to own their own business in the future.
Chef responsibilities and duties:
Maintain food quality
Control food cost
Maintain an inventory of food supplies
Communication and leadership skills
Implement and maintain sanitation & cleanliness processes and procedures
Ensure that equipment is kept clean and sanitized
Job Type: Full-time
Chef Experience: 2+years experience w/ some culinary training
Management Experience: 2 years preferred
ServeSafe License – Preferred
