Job Description

Upscale banquet facility specializing in wedding receptions and corporate events. Seeking a creative, talented and motivated individual to lead our culinary staff in achieving the highest degree of dining experience for our clients.


Associates degree from accredited culinary school

Minimum 3+ years of expierence in a sous chef's position or higher in a quality banquet / off premise establishment

Hands on working chef

Creative menu ideas

Ability to communicate with kitchen staff, wait staff and office personnel in a courteous, professional manner.

Excellent cooking skills placing a premium on quality ingredients and final product

Works well under pressure


Creating new and innovative menu options

Menu costing and pricing

Inventory control

Maintain proper food and labor cost

Scheduling culinary and support staff


Quality preparation of all menu items

Personally take part in maintaining River Stone Manor standards of a clean kitchen

Maintain professional appearance

off premise catering events

Flexible schedule ( available to work all shifts including weekends, holiday weekends which include Easter and Mothers Day Brunch) Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving
