Job Description

The Lodge & Spa at Three Forks Ranch is seeking Line Cooks for the entire summer/fall season.

Season runs: May 1 through November 1

Three Forks Ranch is a luxury guest destination and our guests accept only the best in service and in their culinary experience. We expect diligence, thoroughness and an exceptional work ethic. Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food items as called for by the menus.

  • Competitive wages, a 90-day signing bonus plus housing, utilities, and all meals included
  • *Willing to work all shifts: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • *Willing to work in both the guest lodge and employee dining room
  • Experience required, fine-dining preferred

The Lodge & Spa at Three Forks Ranch is an exquisite guest destination catering to outdoor enthusiasts in the summer, fall and winter. Located 40 miles North of Steamboat Springs, CO, this 200,000-acre ranch sits on the border of Wyoming and Colorado where guests fly fish, private powder cat ski, and big game hunt, and then do everything from hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding to snowmobiling. Please note, we are 40 miles from the closest town (Steamboat Springs, CO). We are 16 miles down a dirt road and get a couple hundred inches of snow in the winter.
