QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking Sous Chef with experience to work, direct and supervise high volume banquet kitchen operations with strong hands-on prep and cooking skills and approach. Able to plan, build, coordinate and execute food delivery for multiple functions. Need skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, menu planning, custom menu development and inventory control. Need ability to train staff and monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team-building skills, high energy and quality orientation.
PROPERTY INFORMATION : Our restaurant is Kahill’s Steak Chop and Seafood, an upscale Steak / Chop House done in dark hardwoods with beautiful river view. Ala carte menu, $ 50 + dinner check average, 150 bottle wine list, Martini list and private executive party rooms.
