Can I filter and sort my candidates?

Yes! We have some great candidate management tools built right into our system. Navigate to your “My Candidates” tab at the top of your dashboard. You can sort your candidate list by name, last interaction, and rating. You can also apply filters by selecting the blue “Add Filter” button. The available filters are Application Organization, Job Applied To, Job Location, Rating, Sourced By, and Tags. 

Moreover, you can organize your candidates into folders as you move them through each stage of the recruiting process, or use tags to easily filter for specific attributes. You can now also perform a global search by name to quickly find candidates you’re looking for. The search will span active and archived applicants from any job.
