Daily Responsibilities:

Menu planning and development
Portion control to ensure consistency
Scratch cooking using fresh ingredients
Maintaining high food quality standards
Grilling, frying, baking, and other cooking techniques
Knife skills for precise food preparation
Food handling and sanitation practices
Catering for events and special occasions
Ordering and merchandising of food supplies
Closing duties to ensure kitchen cleanliness

Required Skills:

Experience in food and beverage management
ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in baking and pastry
Knowledge of food merchandising techniques
Experience in food preparation for large groups

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $44,000.00
Maximum Salary: $58,000.00
