Daily Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop menus, including those for private events
  • Manage kitchen staff and operations
  • Control food costs and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations
  • Oversee banquet catering and fine dining services

Required Skills:

  • Menu planning and development experience
  • Kitchen management skills
  • Food cost management expertise
  • Strong culinary background with a focus on food quality
  • Experience in back of house operations

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $100,000.00
Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
