Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and innovative culinary experience
• Effective kitchen management to maintain a smooth operation and high-quality standards
• Food cost management to optimize profitability while maintaining quality
• Oversee back of house operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service
• Lead culinary team in creating exceptional food quality and presentation

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience
• Proven expertise in menu development and culinary arts
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage management
• Experience in banquet catering and food service management
• ServSafe Certified with a focus on food safety and sanitation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hazard analysis & critical control point (HACCP)
• Knowledge of nutrition and cooking techniques

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $95,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $125,000.00
